Privacy Policy
Last updated July 14, 2026
AOP Inc (“AOP,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through aopinc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — services delivered under a signed agreement (managed IT, fiber internet, cloud hosting, equipment contracts) are governed by the terms of that agreement.
Information You Provide
When you submit a form on this site — a contact or consultation request, a fiber availability check or signup, a support ticket, a copier savings analysis, or a new user request — we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, service address, and any documents you upload (for example, copier invoices submitted for a savings analysis).
We use this information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested;
- Check fiber serviceability at the address you provide;
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and savings analyses;
- Send you confirmation and follow-up emails about your request;
- Maintain our customer and prospect records.
Form submissions are stored in our systems and shared with our customer relationship tools (HubSpot) and internal notification channels (Microsoft Teams, email) so our team can follow up. Uploaded invoices are processed with the assistance of AI document analysis and stored securely for the purpose of preparing your savings proposal.
Information Collected Automatically
This site uses the following technologies, which set cookies or collect usage data:
- Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager — page views and site interactions, used to understand how visitors use the site;
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replays and heatmaps, used to improve site usability;
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and build advertising audiences;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — used to measure advertising performance and reach business audiences;
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our forms (no advertising use).
These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited. We do not sell your personal information.
Scheduling
Appointments booked through our scheduling page are processed by Microsoft Bookings, part of our Microsoft 365 environment. Information you enter there (name, email, phone, meeting topic) is used to create and manage your appointment.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that operate this site and our business systems (hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics, and scheduling providers listed above), and as required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Data Retention & Security
We retain inquiry and customer records for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and network security monitoring — to protect your information.
Your Choices
- You can browse this site without submitting any personal information;
- You can use browser controls or extensions to limit cookies and analytics;
- You may opt out of Meta and LinkedIn ad personalization through your account settings on those platforms;
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.
