Advanced Office Products (AOP), established in 1992, is Southwest Louisiana’s only complete network, data, and document solution center.  Providing a large selection of office products, network services, and document storage solutions, we serve a variety of customers and industries throughout the region.

With a highly-skilled team, including hardware technicians, IT network engineers, customer service representatives, and sales consultants, we continue to evolve and expand our services to fulfill the changing needs of our customers. Customers we first served with printing solutions are now using our services to become paperless!  Staying cognizant of new technology and providing efficiency to the administrative side of business helps us retain customers for years and years to come.

With customer needs in mind, the facility expanded a state-of-the-art server room, complete with some of the fastest, most reliable internet connections in the region and a generator capable of powering the system indefinitely!  Boasting this magnitude of technology provides a stable environment for businesses to trust AOP with hosting their entire network.

Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, dispatching at customer request, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

Description
You will be responsible for diagnosing problems and repairing office equipment,
while also being very understanding to customers’ needs. You must also dress in
company attire, as you will be the face on site.


Requirements
Must know how to operate a GPS
Must have some knowledge or hands-on experience with repairing machinery
Must have a good driving record, valid drivers license, and be able to drive the
company vehicle daily

 The candidate will be part of managing AOP's and customer networks. Understanding and proactively maintaining daily system performance, troubleshooting customer problems, and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements
1-2 years experience in a related field
Experience with Microsoft Management Console
General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management

Description
Receive, sort, and store new and existing products
Take inventory of products stored in the warehouse
Organize for the shipping of products stored in the warehouse
Operate a forklift to load, unload, or sort product
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Report any discrepancies in inventoried products
Generate creative solutions to inventory issues as they arise


Requirements
Must be able to lift 40—50lbs
Must have basic math skills
Must be able to sit or stand for different lengths of time
